Salon Policies

Prices

All information reflected on this website are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to change, amend or withdraw any items, prices, or offers without prior notice.


Deposits

Some treatments will require a non- refundable / non-transferable deposit to secure the appointment at the time of booking. Deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking. If no deposit has been received by the end of the working day, the allocated time for the appointment will become available to others.


Cancellations and No-Shows

Customers who are unable to attend their appointment must give at least 24 hours’ notice or the full cost of the treatment will be incurred.

Booking Amendments

We are flexible and we understand that you sometimes have to change a booking. To amend a booking please call the relevant salon

directly. To make an amendment within 48 hours of the appointment time, a further deposit will be required to secure the amended booking.


Refusal of Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse to serve any client without reason. Clients who become verbally or physically aggressive towards any of our staff will be asked to leave and we may consider contacting the authorities.


Late Arrival

We reserve the right not to serve late clients.

Patch Test/Skin Test

All clients undergoing any lash / brow treatments for the first time at any of our Lolly Dolly Salons will be required to have a patch test no later than 24 hours prior to treatment. Failure to have the patch test done within the specified time, will result in the treatment being cancelled and the deposit lost. Under no circumstances will the treatment be carried out without the relevant patch test and/or a positive reaction to the product being tested. For hair colour treatment, a patch test will be required no later than 48 hours prior to treatment.


Tanning

NO under 18’s - ID may be required to be shown. Basic courses valid for 6 months from date of purchase No more than the maximum number of minutes purchased with an Unlimited course can be used per day. Free disposable eye protection available at reception – Help yourself

If you are unhappy with the service you have received

We pride ourselves on offering an excellent service and at a competitive price. Sometimes things don’t work out as we would like them to, so if you are unhappy with the service you have received then you should raise your concerns immediately and give us the opportunity to rectify any issues.
